Position: Project Manager (Expatriate)
Location: VI, Lagos
Job Summary: As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects related to roads and bridges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Possess specialized knowledge in road and bridge construction, oversee construction projects, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor project costs, control financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in roadworks and bridge construction, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is beneficial.
