Job Description
Company: Brian Neil Construction Limited
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Defining project scope
- Creating construction estimates based on Material Takeoff (MTO)
- Managing project budgets and schedules
- Negotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors
- Overseeing resource logistics and inventory
- Preparing status reports for stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with building permits and health standards
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,00.00 per month
