Codelab Educare Limited is in search of a dedicated Project Management Mentor to guide and inspire the next generation of project managers. The ideal candidate will boast a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, coupled with a genuine passion for mentoring aspiring professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support mentees in project management practices.
- Provide career guidance and insights.
- Review and offer constructive feedback on ongoing projects.
- Assist mentees with preparations for project management certifications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Coaching experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Compensation: ₦80,00.00 – ₦200,00.00/month
