Job Description
The Project Construction Manager will lead commercial and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, safety compliance, permits, site teams, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and preparing progress reports to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 7+ years of construction project experience.
- Core skills: strong leadership, contract negotiation, problem solving, and excellent communication.
- Preferred: PMP or construction management certification and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
