Job Description
Brian Neil Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Project Architect to manage projects from inception to completion. Your role includes identifying client needs, developing feasibility reports, and creating detailed blueprints while adhering to budgets and timelines. Compliance with building codes and collaboration with construction professionals is essential.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Architect, a strong portfolio, expert knowledge of building products, excellent drawing skills, and familiarity with design software. A BSc or HND in Architecture and PMP certification are required.
