Job Description
Design, develop, and deploy programmes as approved.
Effectively monitor, measure, and evaluate the impact of programmes and events delivery on beneficiaries and stakeholders and submit quarterly reports to the Board.
Ensure proactive and efficient assessment and evaluation of programme beneficiaries to sustain programme integrity and ensure the formal certification and graduation of participants and recognitions and awards.
Design, develop and deploy customised Mentoring programmes in line with the requirements and expectations of corporate and institutional stakeholders to ensure sustainability.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful and impactful program delivery.
Ensure programme, mentor, mentee, and facilitator evaluation immediately after each programme to ensure total quality management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₦200,00.00 per month
