Job Description
Springrock Group seeks a Program Manager to design and deliver masterclasses, workshops, webinars, and seminars for our merchant community. This full-time, in-person role will manage the bitMARTe Loyalty Program to increase satisfaction, retention, and growth, promote products and partnerships, and coordinate with finance and business development on financial solutions.
- Oversee events, budgets, vendors, and adoption of EEC and Loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive program performance and merchant engagement.
Requirements: BA in Business Administration or Education; 5–6 years in process-driven roles; 4+ years in customer service or education; strong planning, event management, MS Office/CRM, communication, and negotiation skills.
