Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization’s programs, ensuring their successful implementation and achievement of objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include developing program goals and strategy, leading a team of program managers, monitoring program performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. You will also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational objectives.
Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven experience in program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
