Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Head Chef to support the Head Chef in menu development and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and dish presentation.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking to maintain taste and quality standards.
- Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Train, supervise, and mentor line cooks and prep staff; resolve service issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment.
- Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; degree in a related field.
