Job Description

BRICORE SOLUTION is seeking an experienced, creative Professional Chef to lead kitchen operations for our hotel restaurant and bar. The successful candidate will prepare and oversee high-quality dishes, develop and update menus, enforce food safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory and cost control, and supervise and train kitchen staff. You will coordinate closely with restaurant and bar management to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

• Qualifications: Proven chef experience in hotel or restaurant/bar settings; strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety; leadership and team-management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; culinary certification is a plus.
• Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
