Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
- Coordinate and supervise production processes from mixing to packaging, ensuring all due processes are followed.
- Ensure optimization of bakery operations while minimizing loss and waste.
- Manage production staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Oversee and coach employees.
- Train new employees on safe machinery usage and procedure adherence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a production supervisor
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
