Job Description
ESOSA Food Systems and Innovations Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee semi-automated bakery production. The role includes managing daily operations, training and supervising staff, ensuring product quality and food-safety compliance, conducting routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and coordinating schedules and inventory. You will lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in bakery or food production
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Familiarity with semi-automated bakery equipment
- HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering
- Full-time; salary ₦100,00–₦130,00 per month
