Job Summary: Emiliodecor is looking for a committed Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our concrete production facility. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing production processes, ensuring strict quality control, and upholding safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assign tasks to team members and evaluate their performance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols rigorously.
• Work closely with maintenance and quality assurance teams.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in concrete manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
