Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 12‑hour rotating shifts (7am–7pm; 7pm–7am) with one day off per week. This full‑time, permanent role is based in Lagos.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations;
- Collaborating with engineers to improve production, reduce costs, and optimize labor;
- Troubleshooting line issues, training staff, and enforcing safety and low‑carbon procedures;
- Documenting and reporting unsafe practices, creating schedules and budgets, and coordinating cross‑department meetings;
- Analyzing processes, recommending improvements, and sourcing required materials and equipment.
Higher National Diploma preferred. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00 per month. Candidates must reliably commute or relocate to Lagos prior to start.
