Job Description
Winnys Meals is seeking a Production Officer to prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with company standards for quality, hygiene, and speed. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation; cooking rice dishes, soups, meats, and pastries; adhering to recipes and kitchen timelines; maintaining sanitation of workstations and equipment; and reporting faults. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, strong attention to cleanliness, the ability to follow standardized processes, capacity to multitask under pressure, basic food safety knowledge, and strong teamwork skills.
