Job Description

Job title: Production Officer Location – LagosJob Summary:Our client is an investment holding company that seeks to add value to Life. They operate across the Life science research and development, Food processing, manufacturing and Real-estate segments. Due Expansion they are in need of a PRODUCTION OFFICER.Job Responsibilities* Assist in coordinating daily production activities to meet set targets.*Supervise production line workers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).*Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency, product consistency, and minimal waste.*Ensure that machinery and equipment are operated correctly and safely.*Enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols across the production floor.*Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.*Assist in quality checks of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.*Document and report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly.*Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, wastage reports, and downtime analysis.*Ensure documentation is audit-ready for internal and external inspections Job Requirement*Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition, or related life sciences.*Minimum 2 years’ experience in food processing or manufacturing environment.*Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 2200), GMP, and production line supervision.*Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively under hygiene and regulatory requirements.To apply;Qualified and Interested candidates should send CVs to [email protected] using the job title as subject of the mail.
