Job Description
Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos
Accommodation: Available
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our garment factory in Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate and supervise various stages of production.
- Quality Control: Monitor production quality and implement measures.
- Cost Management: Control production costs and manage budgets.
- Team Supervision: Lead and provide training to production staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Production Manager, strong leadership and management skills, proficiency in production management software, and strong communication skills.
