We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize workflows, and ensure product quality and timely delivery. In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, develop and manage production schedules, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
