Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, optimize production schedules, and supervise a team of supervisors and operators. The role requires coordinating materials, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, implementing continuous process improvements, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with lean principles and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred
