The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering and a proven ability to optimize processes for improved efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production operations, develop strategies to enhance workflow, mentor and lead the production team, ensure proper maintenance of machinery, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget, implement safety and quality measures, and collaborate with various departments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, demonstrated leadership skills, and relevant experience in production management.
