Job Description
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Onsite
Salary: ₦150,00 – ₦200,00 per month
Experience: Prior experience as a Production Manager in a fashion company is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise production staff for efficient, high-quality output.
- Oversee the entire production process from pattern making to finished goods.
- Develop and implement efficient production workflows.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure standards are met.
Requirements: Minimum BSc in any subject, 2-4 years experience, sewing skills preferred but not required, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
