Job Description
KloverHarris Limited is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food processing unit. The successful candidate will ensure the highest product quality while maximizing profitability. You will lead a team, setting standards and procedures for food production and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise staff for smooth operations.
- Set and implement production standards and guidelines.
- Oversee hiring, training, and role assignments.
