Job Description
AllFlavors Supreme Foods is a leading premium snacks manufacturer in Nigeria. As the demand for quality, healthy and delicious snacks grows, we help to fulfill that demand. We pride ourselves on supporting local farmers and our ability to provide premium-quality products made from high-quality ingredients, advanced machines, and techniques.
We are recruiting for the position of Production Manager:
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report to upper management
Requirements:
- BSc / BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred
- 2 years of work experience
- Proven experience as a production director
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
