Job Description
Bluewave New Energy Technology is on the lookout for a Product Trainer Manager with specialized knowledge in solar panel systems and energy storage solutions, including lithium-ion batteries and inverters. This full-time position is located in Lagos, offering a competitive salary between NGN 400,00 and 600,00. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for internal teams, partners, and installers, ensuring effective product usage and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Oversee product training initiatives, develop technical training materials, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. A solid understanding of photovoltaic (PV) and battery systems is essential, as is a willingness to travel.
