Job Description
DelonJobs is looking to hire a Product Officer (Prepaid & Partnership) for a leading financial institution located in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate would be responsible for assisting in the development of segment-specific product(s), ensuring that products meet the needs of the targeted segment, compete favorably in the marketplace, remain profitable through the entire life cycle, and attain significant market dominance. Interested candidates must possess a first degree in a relevant discipline and have 2 years’ cognate experience. The salary is competitive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Embark on regular training on product knowledge as well as communicating evolving knowledge of the product to customers.
- Resolve issues arising from the use of products by customers.
- Provide periodic reports on product performance to the product manager.
- Carry out product research from time to time and provide insights to the product manager to aid product improvement decisions.
- Assist the product manager in conducting segmentation analysis, competitor analysis, and surveys drivers of client experience/satisfaction related to products.
- Effectively execute new initiatives within the product segment.
- Work closely with the product manager to develop new product offerings and ensure continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements:
- First degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience
