Job Description
Don-Clem Technology seeks a proactive, strategic Product Manager to lead product development, user experience, and feature rollouts across our digital platforms. You will define roadmaps, conduct market and user research, write requirements and user stories, and coordinate engineering, design, QA, and launches. Monitor performance with analytics and prioritize tasks using KPIs and Agile methodologies.
- Requirements: proven product management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, UI/UX knowledge preferred, excellent communication, and experience with Trello, Jira, or Notion.
- Position: full-time, permanent, remote with growth opportunities and performance-based incentives. Compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
