Job Description
FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING seeks a Product Assurance Analyst to deliver end-to-end revenue assurance across Voice, SMS, Data, VAS and Financial Services. The role includes identifying process gaps and revenue risks; executing ATP/UAT, risk analysis, rollouts, post-implementation and regression testing; ensuring timely termination of expired tariffs and promotions; and supporting billing and network integrations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant role with telecom revenue assurance exposure
- Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication and teamwork
