Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Process Specialist (NIPEX/NCD). As a Procurement Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing procurement policies and procedures in line with NIPEX/NCD regulations.
  • Managing the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to streamline procurement activities and drive cost savings.
  • Conducting market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of NIPEX/NCD procurement regulations and excellent analytical and negotiation skills. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and experience in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
