Salary: ₦200,00 – ₦300,00 (Negotiable)

Job Summary

A reputable Industrial Supply Company located in Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands industrial procurement cycles, cost control, and vendor management, and is committed to long-term growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure industrial materials, equipment, and supplies
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier contracts
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Track procurement costs and support cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Liaise with finance, logistics, and operations teams
• Prepare procurement reports and performance updates

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2 years hands-on procurement experience (industrial or technical procurement preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
• High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail
• Willingness to commit to the company for not less than two years
• Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja is an advantage
