Job Description

Job Description:
- Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors.
- Source materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies and stock as necessary.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Inspect stock and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or rescheduled orders.
- Establish professional relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in relevant management software programs.
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Honest and dependable with own transportation.
- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
- The ability to follow client specifications.
- Excellent networking and time management skills.
- Between 3-5 years’ experience in CAPEX & OPEX, preferably from manufacturing companies in Nigeria, etc.
- Willingness to relocate to Ogun state if presently residing in a different state.
REMUNERATION: Negotiable
