Fastest Cakes Limited, a renowned brand in Nigeria, is hiring a Procurement Officer for their Ikeja, Lagos branch. Responsibilities include overseeing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient procurement processes for cake production supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising all purchasing department activities
• Planning purchases of cake production supplies
• Managing supplier information and relations
• Enforcing procurement policies
• Reviewing and approving purchases
• Managing inventories and pricing records
• Researching and evaluating suppliers
• Preparing budgets and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience
• Reside in or around Ikeja
• Detail-oriented with procurement knowledge
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to work some Sundays and holidays
• Office presence 23 days a month
• Long-term commitment to the company
