Job Description
– Purchasing process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
– Maintaining inventory levels, monitoring pricing trends, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
– Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand, track expenses, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
– Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant by efficiently managing the supply chain and maintaining good supplier relationships.
