Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Procurement Manager at Tusen Consulting Ltd. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process, including sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and develop partnerships to enhance business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using procurement software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
