Job Description
The Place — Smackers Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support centralized purchasing and vendor management at our Lekki, Lagos location. This entry-level role requires strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers; coordinate central supply and inventory.
- Conduct market surveys and communicate pricing to outlets.
- Follow up on vendor payments and maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Assist with procurement documentation and reporting.
- Requirements: OND or equivalent; basic procurement knowledge; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- No prior experience required; organized, goal-oriented team players preferred.
