Job Description
The Advancement Place in Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in supporting our restaurant’s purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality food items, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring timely communication with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order food items and supplies efficiently
- Engage with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality
- Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure compliance
- Maintain precise records of all purchases and stock levels
A successful candidate will possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of procurement experience, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
