Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support purchasing operations, supplier relationships, and inventory control. Key duties include preparing purchase orders, obtaining and comparing quotes, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate procurement records, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment, supporting supplier evaluations, and resolving discrepancies.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Excel and procurement software; organized and reliable
