Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Transaction monitoring.
- Transaction reporting.
- Processing interface setup.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality Control and Assurance.
- Proactive checks, control, and monitoring of system setting changes.
Requirements:
- Education: OND or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years in a similar role.
Key Competency Requirements:
- Problem-solving skills.
- General computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
