Job Description
We seek a senior negotiator to lead international climate negotiations and represent our organization at UNFCC sessions and multilateral forums. The role requires developing negotiation strategy, coordinating cross-sector stakeholders, drafting policy positions, and building consensus on emissions pathways, climate finance, and adaptation measures.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in climate policy or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of negotiation experience, with deep knowledge of UNFCC processes
- Proven diplomatic skills and excellent English communication
- Willingness to travel internationally
