Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Preform Machine Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of Milacron machines in our manufacturing facility located on the Ibadan Expressway, near Shagamu/Ogere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise machine operators to ensure efficient production.
- Operate and maintain Milacron machines.
- Implement safety protocols.
- Monitor production schedules.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Train and guide machine operators.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel.
- Analyze production data.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Milacron machines.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
