Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process pre-import permits that are required from government and non-government regulations for each importation shipment and item category.
- Stay up to date with changing importation regulations and ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant laws.
- Monitor and liaise with suppliers on the shipment schedule and shipping documents.
- Follow up and collect shipping documents from the banks.
- Prepare and update regular reports.
- Register marine insurance and process the payment.
- Process arrival permits and documentation related to government and non-government.
Education Required:
B.sc in any major.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in import experience and documentations.
Special Considerations:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, excellent communication.
