Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portal Assistant for our Job Board Customer Success department. As a Portal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our job board portal and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update job postings on our portal
- Assist customers in navigating the portal and resolving any technical issues
- Provide guidance and support to employers in posting new job openings
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Work closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the portal functions efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with job board portals is a plus
