Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Polymer and Chemical Sales Manager to expand sales of polymers, additives, and specialty chemicals. You will manage key accounts, develop territories, identify new market opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. This role requires close collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and technical teams, providing technical consultations and regularly traveling to meet clients.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong technical knowledge of polymers and chemicals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in chemical engineering, polymer science, chemistry, or business preferred
