Job Description
We are looking for a Plant / Process Operator I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating plant equipment and processes under supervision. Duties include monitoring and adjusting process variables, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.
