Job Description
Priority Group Services seeks a dedicated Phone Operator to administer program operations and serve as the primary client contact. This fully remote role (9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST) includes making cold calls to clients and referral sources, scheduling and conducting interviews for HHAs and nurses, preparing agendas and meeting notes, producing presentations and reports, assisting HR with onboarding and scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and supporting special projects.
- Requirements: proven customer service, cold-calling, and office coordination experience
- Strong verbal and written communication, MS Office proficiency, time management, and professionalism
- Home care or healthcare experience preferred
- Compensation: ₦150,00 per month
