Job Description
Advantage Health Africa is a healthcare company that provides access to quality and affordable medication using technology. We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Services Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide operational guidance to pharmacies
- Provide training and guidance to pharmacy personnel on regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to enhance workflow and optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- State Pharmacy License and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Salary: N150,00 monthly.
