Job Description:
- Ownership of KPIs and P&L delivery.
- Accountability for financial control and cost management.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on business plans.
- Lead Health & Safety compliance efforts.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Manage competitor activity and enhance income contracts.
- Develop local estate strategy and performance management.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm required.
- 3 years experience as a Regional Manager.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Valid license and commercial judgement.
