Job Description
Elocuencia Consulting is actively seeking a full-time Personnel Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. This position is located on-site in Oregun, Lagos. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in human resources.
Key responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Proficiency in HRIS is a must. Candidates must be residents of the Oregun area and ready to start immediately.
Salary: ₦100,00.00 per month. This is a permanent position.
