Job Description
Tomi Aina Beauty Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated Personal Assistant to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will manage client relations and communications, handle bookings and scheduling, provide administrative support, and assist with sales and customer service.
The ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc. in any discipline, a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, and exceptional communication skills. A genuine passion for beauty and client care, as well as proficiency in Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and booking software, is crucial.
Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is highly desirable.
