Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the COO’s schedule, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Key responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting research, and providing administrative support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in MS Office suite are required. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality are crucial for success in this position.
