Job Description

About the Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman of ConSol Limited.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist in drafting correspondences, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
